Fast and accurate filling process for low to high viscosity fluids SV35DA precision piston valve is designed to apply uniform dots and stripes of medium to thick fluids such as grease and silicone and a suck-back function prevents dripping. SV35DA features a unique UHMW polymer diaphragm sealing head that ensures longer, trouble-free operation.

How the Valve Operates

Input air pressure forces the sealing head to move down, permitting fluid to flow. (Figure 1) Once the cycle is completed, the spring retracts the piston and the sealing head closes to shut off the fluid and pull back a slight amount of fluid to clearly cut it off. (Figure 2).
